Information Booth Inquiry

Community organizations, nonprofits, government agencies, and other educational or cultural partners are welcome to submit an inquiry for an informational booth at our event. All requests are reviewed to ensure they align with the mission, values, and goals of the Anishinaabe Friendship Center before approval.

Vendor Guidelines

Online application, setup, and payment

Information Booth organizations may continue submitting inquiries through the online form above. Craft Vendor and Food Vendor registration are now closed for the 2026 event. Paper and downloadable vendor applications are not accepted.

  • SetupVendors may begin setup Friday, September 25 at 3 PM and must be onsite no later than 9 AM Saturday.
  • AssignmentsBooth assignments will be provided prior to unloading.
  • SecurityOvernight security will be provided.
  • Craft vendorsCraft Vendor registration is now closed because all available craft vendor spaces have been filled.
  • Information boothsInformation Booth requests are inquiries only and are reviewed for alignment with AFC's mission, values, and event goals before approval.
