More than an annual event, the powwow brings Native families, elders, youth, artists, vendors, and community members together to reconnect, build relationships, and strengthen cultural ties.
Attendance has grown from approximately 1,500 in AFC’s first year to approximately 2,500 in 2025, with 5,000–7,000 projected for 2026. That growth demonstrates the need for a permanent Native Community Center and year-round programming.
